1>LB solid recipe(1L):
 yeast extract 5g
 agarose(100ml 1.5g)
 sodium chloride 10g
 peptone 10g.
 and the liquid recipe, based on the materials given above,

2>Calculate the reagents we need, preparation for 400ml and 900ml LB, and then weigh the relevant reagents and dissolve them.

3>Autoclave the culture to fully dissolve the reagents.
