1>Weigh agarose in 1% mass ratio of the whole solution.
2>Put the agarose in one-time TAE buffer.
3>Use microwave oven to dissolve the agarose totally.
4>Wait the solution cools down to 50~60℃ and spill the solution in the mould.
5>Wait until the solution concrete.
