How to pay your iGEM 2013 Jamboree attendance fees

REGIONAL JAMBOREES COST:

Undergraduate: $375.00 USD ($425.00 USD after deadline)
Instructor / Advisor: $375.00 USD ($425.00 USD after deadline)
Non-Profit: $375.00 USD ($425.00 USD after deadline)
Industry: $775.00 USD ($825.00 USD after deadline)
Other: $375.00 USD ($425.00 USD after deadline)

WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP JAMBOREE COST:

Undergraduate: $425.00 USD ($475.00 USD after deadline)
Instructor: $425.00 USD ($475.00 USD after deadline)
Non-Profit: $425.00 USD ($475.00 USD after deadline)
Industry: $825.00 USD ($875.00 USD after deadline)
Other: $425.00 USD ($475.00 USD after deadline)

TERMS:

Regional Jamborees

Payment of Regional Jamboree attendance fees must be received by iGEM Headquarters by August 23 at 11:59pm EDT. The online registration system will close after this time. Payments after the due date will increase $50.00 and are limited to on-site registration at each Regional Jamboree event. All iGEM team member attendees are required to register by August 23; pre-registration is strongly encouraged for all others.

General public: General public attendees are welcome to attend the iGEM Regional Jamborees! All guests must register and pay the Jamboree attendance fees. Entrance to awards ceremony and presentation rooms is dependent on space availability. Preference is given to iGEM team members, team instructors, team affiliates, followed by general public.

World Championship Jamboree

If your team advances to the World Championship Jamboree after competing in a Regional Jamboree, all attendees must register for World Championship Jamboree. Payment of World Championship Jamboree attendance fees must be received by iGEM Headquarters by October 25 at 11:59pm EDT. Payments after the due date will increase $50.00 and are limited to on-site registration at the World Championship Jamboree event.

General public: General public attendees are welcome to attend the iGEM World Championship Jamboree, on a space available basis. All guests must register and pay the Jamboree attendance fees. Entrance to awards ceremony and presentation rooms is dependent on space availability. Preference is given to iGEM team members, team instructors, team affiliates, followed by general public.

WHAT'S INCLUDED:

Regional Jamborees

Your Jamboree registration fee includes team presentations on Saturday, a social event on Saturday, and the awards ceremony on Sunday. The registration also covers refreshments on Friday evening during the team practice sessions; lunch and dinner on Saturday; and refreshments on Sunday.

REFUND POLICY:

Regional Jamborees

Refunds for cancellations received in writing on or before August 30 will be granted less a $50 processing fee. No refunds will be granted after that date. No refunds will be given for portions of the registration not being used. All refunds will be made in US dollars and will be processed in the manner in which the original payment was submitted, with the possible exception of wire payments which, at the organizers' discretion, may be refunded via check. If a refund is made via wire transfer, any bank fees will be deducted from the refund. iGEM is not responsible for cancellations or the inability of a team to travel due to weather, threat of terrorism, act of God and other events beyond iGEM's control.

World Championship Jamboree

Requests for cancellations, substitutions, or other changes may be made online until October 25. Changes after that date should be made at the on-site registration desk. Refunds for cancellations received in writing on or before October 25 will be granted less a $50 processing fee. No refunds will be granted after that date. No refunds will be given for portions of the registration not being used. All refunds will be made in US dollars and will be processed in the manner in which the original payment was submitted, with the possible exception of wire payments which, at the organizers' discretion, may be refunded via check. If a refund is made via wire transfer, any bank fees will be deducted from the refund. Credit card refunds will be issued to the card that was used to make the original payment. iGEM is not responsible for cancellations or the inability of an individual to travel due to weather, threat of terrorism, act of God, and other events beyond iGEM's control.

It is recommended that you send your check payment via a traceable delivery method, such as Fedex or DHL, to ensure successful delivery.
Wire Transfer
Please allow enough time for the transfer to arrive by the deadline (10-14 days)

INVOICES:

An invoice will be available upon completion of the iGEM 2013 Jamboree attendance form at the registration websites listed above. To request an invoice at a later date, return to the registration website above, enter the email address previously used to complete the form and click on 'View or Change your Existing Registration' and log in with the email address and password previously used to complete the form. From there you will be able to access a copy of your invoice.
