This morning we have test the production of GFP of each kind of bacteria in different concentration of xylose. Though we get the signal of them, they are not in an order that the production increase with xylose increasing. When testing whether the bacteria in LB with KNO3 has produced GFP, we didn’t get what we expected. By the way, our promoters has arrived.
