Because we had to wait to see the results of the plates done in today morning, we waited till 9:00 in the evening to continue the experiments. Actually all of our plates grew very well, but we didn’t know whether the plasmid was in the cell. So we picked 10 clones from 00~09 plate and 20 clones from zeo plates to make sure our success. With these 120 samples, we first grew them in LB and then did PCR and ran glue to see the results, and also got the pictures. Tonight we also finished at 5:00 a.m.
