This morning we were hopeful that it could give us a surprise, but it struck us again.No results turned out on the plate. We had to transfer our attention to other parts of our project, some of our members were trying to find some other alternative biobrick which can be detected, while other members constructed the main plasmid of our project. In fact, we had consulted our advisor for many times and our advisor helped us a lot. They arranged the relevant materials concerning the construction of the main 4 plasmids, and instructed us to do experiments. We finally decided the concrete structure of the four plasmids.
