Capture Assay

1. TALE B was incubated with DNA as per gel shift assay protocol
2. Complex was added on nitrocellulose
3. Nitrocellulose was washed and blocked as per nitrocellose blot assay
4. TALE A β-lactamase was added
5. Strips were transferred to 96 well plate
6. Substrate solution was added as per benzylpenicillin assay
7. Colour change was recorded
8. This was done with different controls
