Jamborees

In iGEM 2013, teams will participate in a two-tiered competition. Regional Jamborees will be held in October and the World Championship Jamboree will be held on the first weekend of November.

All teams must attend and present their projects at their Regional Jamboree and a percentage of teams from each Regional Jamboree will advance to the World Championship.

Asia Regional Jamboree: October 4 - 6, CUHK, Hong Kong
Latin America Regional Jamboree: October 4 - 6, Santiago, Chile
North America Regional Jamboree: October 4 - 6, University of Toronto, Canada
Europe Regional Jamboree: October 11 - 13, Lyon, France

World Championship Jamboree: November 1 - 4, Stata Center, Cambridge, MA
