Today we continued the remaining part of the experiments carried on yesterday. We used the M9 culture to culture the preserved bacteria, and we preserve some bacteria in case of the later use. What’s more, the plates we prepared long ago were not enough, which was resistant to the cam antibiotic, then we prepared the same solution and poured it into the plate.
