Digestion check on the plasmid isolated yesterday is performed, even though the concentration of all the samples is low (roughly 10ng/µl).The electrophoresis gel doesn't show any band, but the ladder.

Made plates for motility assay, they contain 10g/L Tryptone, 5 g/L yeast extract, 5 g/L sodium chloride and 7 g/L agar. Plates were left to dry in the 37C incubator overnight.
