RNA Module RNA has some different characters from proteins; faster degradation, easier structure prediction, easier synthes and so on. Therefore, we focused on RNA. We constucted gene transcriptional activator, repressor, and expression reporter from RNA. This means it is possible to construct a new type of gene circuit by RNA. (This RNA system gives a new possibility to synthetic biology) Turing Model On earth, there are various animals which have unique patterns on their skin A.Turing, a mathematician, explained this well-balanced pattern creating system by using only two simple formulae, Reaction-Diffusion Model. Using E.coli, we examined whether it is able to create a pattern on the plate by this system.
