<p>The team registration fee is the fee for a team to participate in iGEM. All teams, wetlab, software and entrepreneurship pay the same fee. High school teams pay a high school fee. It is our intention that the team registration fees stay low for small teams and be larger for big teams. However it is not possible to achieve this for the team registration fee as teams are not yet fully formed and we do not want to limit team size. Instead, we achieve this through a low spring team registration fee and a separate per person Jamboree attendance fee that is meant to make up the difference.</p>

How to Pay Your iGEM 2013 Team Registration Fees

Cost:

Team participation in iGEM 2013-Collegiate Division, participation in the iGEM Workshop, and associated materials and support. All teams will compete in a Regional Jamboree - selected teams will also advance to the World Championship Jamboree.

Regular Registration $2,750 USD Deadline: April 15, 2013,11:59pm EDT Payment by credit card, check, or wire transfer. Payment of $2750 USD must be received by the deadline.
Late Registration $3,250 USD Deadline: May 1, 2013,11:59pm EDT Payment of $3250 USD by credit card, check, or wire transfer. ALL payments must be received by May 1, 2013.

Terms:

Payment of $2,750.00 team registration fee must be received by iGEM by April 15, 2013 at 11:59pm EDT.

Payments after April 15, 2013,11:59pm EDT will increase $500 to a total of $3250 USD.

All payments must be received on or before May 1, 2013.

Refund Policy:

In order to qualify for a refund of your team registration fees, team cancellations must be sent in writing to HQ at-sign igem.org prior to May 1, 2013. All refunds are subject to a $70 processing fee. Refunds will be made in US dollars and processed in the manner in which they were received with the possible exception of wire payments which, at the organizers' discretion, may be refunded via check. If a refund is made via wire transfer, any bank fees will be deducted from the refund. iGEM is not responsible for cancellations or the inability of a team to travel due to weather, threat of terrorism, act of God and other events beyond iGEM's control.

After registering your team with iGEM on the team registration page HERE, you must complete the iGEM 2013 Team Payment form at www.regonline.com/iGEM2013_Team .
