tetR aptamer
tetR aptamerはP_tetにくっついているtetRを外してP_tetの下流の転写を促進する。これを確認したい。
(図があった方がいいかも、くっついてるtetRにtetR aptamerが向かって行って外れて、RNAPが飛んでくるような？)
そこで、その確認のために以下のような実験を行った。
