Light Intensity Test 1. Follow the general protocol to obtain an overnight culture listed above. 2. Follow the protocol to run a 96-well test, setting up the E. colight app as follows, wells are set to a varying intensity from 100% to 0%, decreasing by 20% for every other well. For a clear setup, check the supplemental image. (link and picture relevant to it) 3. Run Fluorescent Analysis Protocol.
