This part encodes the human protease MMP-9. MMP-9 is used to degrade beta-amyloid plaques in our circuit.Zeocin Resistance
This part contains the she ble gene, which encodes zeocin resistance for mammalian cell culture transfection. Zeocin resistance is used as a selectable marker for our circuit.
