Lab work
1. DNA isolation was done using the QIAGEN kit. The culture is centrifuged, resuspended, lysed and in order to isolate the plasmid DNA. The concentration of DNA was measured using Nanodrop.
2. Gel electrolysis is run for the following samples: pBAD, pT7, GFP, AIP Sender, AgrBD, AIP receiver, pTET:lysis.
