DNA-Ladder-Buffer Mix
Procedure
Dilute 6x loading buffer with Aqua dest. 1:6 (e.g. 2 µL 6x loading buffer + 10 µL Aqua dest. - yields 12 µL 1x loading buffer). Mix 1.5 µL DNA-ladder (e.g. NEB 2-Log DNA Ladder) with 8.5 µL 1x loading buffer.
Procedure yields 10 µL ladder-buffer mix.
