Phage Sensor

Monday 15th July

Plating and control of antibiotic resistance.

We made a 1:1000 dilution of KAN (stand.c) in an LB solid media.

Pouring the plates. Around 20 mL/plate
1. KEIOΔPYR KANR Growth
2. ME1655 KANR No growth

Conclusion :

The KEIOΔPYRF growed as expected. Negative control did not growth.
Plates have KAN antibiotic
KEIO has KAN R.
