DpnI treatment
To digest methylated DNA, for example to clean up PCR products from template.
Reaction Mix:
- 44 uL sample
- 5 uL NEB buffer 4
- 1 uL DpnI
Incubate 1h at 37oC and 20:00 at 80oC to inactivate the enzyme.
