Overnight culture from the plate we got from Andreas
- 3 falcon tubes:
- ON1 with 15 mL
- ON2 with 11 mL
- ON3 with 12 mL
- LB-medium
- No antibiotics
- Colonies taken were marked with numbers on agar plate.
- Rotational incubation 200 rpm
- 37 C
