Our Team
Alec Spinhirne
Howdy y'all, I am a senior majoring in Biomedical Engineering
and I enjoy wearing cowboy boots 24/7 and my teammates have been
known to count the number of sighs I make. -sigh-

Lana Khazma
I am a sophomore Molecular Biology major and I have definitely
learned a lot this summer on the iGEM team! Aside from a summer of sleepless
nights, I have realized my true passions: tumblr, eating, sleeping, and pizza.
Matthew Lantz
I'm a "fun-guy".
Rashed Rihani
My major is biology. I like to break things and I have boundary issues.
Samantha Preisser
My hobbies include cats. I make a mean tuna casserole and I have introduced
cotton candy grapes to the team.
Elise Bullock
I also enjoy cats, especially my kitten Haley. Also, I am
excellent at speed (the card game).
Tracy Truong
I’m a biochemistry sophomore and I have a super boring bio.
Janice Chuang
I’m a biology junior and I enjoy shopping, making sushi for the whole
team, and I am excellent at drawing puppies and teeth.
Martin Savard
My hobbies include rock climbing, watching movies, and playing
football. I am also Canadian and I love maple butter (whatever that is).
When in Canada, I plan on spending my time at the local Costco!
