Inoue Buffer

Reagents
| 9.67 g | MnCl2 * 2 H2O |
| 2.2 g | CaCl2 * 2 H2O |
| 18.65 g | KCl |
| 20.0 mL | PIPES (c = 0.5 M ; pH 6.7) |
| to 1 L | Aqua dest. |
Procedure
Mix all reagents and fill up to 1 L with Aqua dest. Serilize through filtration (0.45 µm filter) and store at -20°C.
