innovative Points :

  1. Use the combination and decomposition of color to analyze separated data, this has never been used before .
  2. “integration “ is a key point .we can not only use promoters ,but also biomedical pathways ,this integration is a completely new idea.
  3. We can import a electric device ,this is not the abandon of biology ,but a combination of Organic and inorganic technology.

This can solve These Matters :

  1. insert the gene in a single E.coli will avoid the interactions between different bacteria, which may cause serious competition .
  2. decomposition of color has never used before . normal detection always aims to detect one parameter . this sounds perfect but other indexes may be ignored .
  3. using not only promoters but also pathways ,this achieves completely “independent” that is ,a parameter will never affect another .
