We checked our transformations of cyan and terminators, which hadn't grown. We re-organised our plates in the fridge as it was getting a bit cramped in there and old plates were thrown away. Lots of new CAM and AMP agar plates were made as we were completely out of those! In the afternoon, we made liquid cultures of OmpC A, B, C, D along with K592011A, K592011B, K592022A and K592022B - Our new cyan pigments. We also re-plated our stock of important plates as they were getting old. The new cyan pigments (K592011A and B, K592022A and B) we received were streak plated then put in the incubator overnight.
