Matrix Metallopeptidase 9
This part encodes the human protease MMP-9. MMP-9 is used to degrade beta-amyloid plaques in our circuit.BBa_K1018001
Zeocin Resistance
This part contains the she ble gene, which confers zeocin resistance for mammalian cell culture transfection. Zeocin resistance is a good selectable marker for our project.
