- Follow Genaxxon PCR and Gel extraction Mini Prep Kit Manual
- Elute in 20 µL Genaxxon Buffer 3.2.
- Run eluate twice through the column in order to increase DNA yields.
- Control success of gelextraction via gelelectrophoresis.
