Procedure
Add agar to LB medium and heat in microwave until all agar has completely dissolved. Cover flask with lid. Perform next step at laminar flow cabinet! Let cool down a bit. If required, add antibiotics to Agar-LB medium. Cast plates in petri dishes (approx. 20 mL per plate).
