Our project is aiming to make the CRISPR/CAS systems, which are widely exist in bacteria and archaebacteria, imported into the cells of eukaryotes and worked. We are going to use the genetic engineering technology to integrate the sequences into the yeast plasmids, and then import them into the yeast cells.

Overall project

Our project is aiming to make the CRISPR/CAS systems, which are widely exist in bacteria and archaebacteria, imported into the cells of eukaryotes and worked. We are going to use the genetic engineering technology to integrate the sequences into the yeast plasmids, and then import them into the yeast cells. We hope these series of attempts can endue the eukaryotes another ability to protect against the virus.
