Cell Magic plays a gorgeous movie show in the both E.coli and S.cerevisiae.Various colors are blooming in different branchs & buds: plasma membrane, nucleus matrix, mitochondria membrane & matrix, vacuolar membrane, peroxisomal membrane, centrosome, and also actin. But the scene is far from static, colors will show up in order under the sophisticated cell cycle system at G1, S, G2 or M phase. Accelerator—degradation system is applied to run this movie faster, and freezer—sic1 system will put off the cell cycle during G1 phase.
