Overnight culture from the plate we got from Andreas

• 3 falcon tubes:

1. ON1 with 15 mL

1. ON2 with 11 mL

1. ON3 with 12 mL

• LB-medium

• No antibiotics

• Colonies taken were marked with numbers on agar plate.

• Rotational incubation 200 rpm

• 37 C
