M9 + Casamino Acid Plate
1. Make M9 + casamino acid media (link to protocol above)
2. Add 1g or low melt agarose (http://www.lifetechnologies.com/order/catalog/product/16520050) per 100ml media.
3. Autoclave the mixture.
4. When solution has cooled down to 42 oC add antibiotic and innoculate.
