M9 Media + Casamino Acid Recipe

For 1L of media mix:

200 ml

5X M9 Salts

30 ml 10 mg/ml thiamine hydrochloride
10 ml 40% glycerol
20 ml 10% casamino acids
20 ml 0.1M MgSO4
200 μl 0.5M CaCl2
dH2O until 1L

Filter sterilize the mixture into sterile bottle.
