- Search in strain banks: Pseudomonas pseudoalcaligenes KF707 found, rhodococcus jostii RHA1 available freely

- Research on the safety, consider the possibility of purchase of the equipment proposed

- Research on bphD gene promoter (at least the upstream sequence thereof) which is activated by bphR1
