Results

In our project we have successfully grown strains Magnetospirrilum magnetotacticum (MS-1) and Magnetospirrilum gryphiswaldense (MSR-1). We have successfully enriched magnetic bacteria in our local environment (see the CPH strain). We have created fusion protein of enhanced green fluorescent protein (eGFP) and MamC from
