Reagents

16.0 g	Agar
1 L	LB medium
100 mL	EDTA (c = 0.5 M ; pH 8.0)
10 mL	KCl (c = 250 mM)

Procedure

Dissolve all reagents in 1000 mL Aqua bidest. Result: 50x concentration.
