Inoue Buffer

Reagents

9.67 g MnCl2 * 2 H2O
2.2 g CaCl2 * 2 H2O
18.65 g KCl
20.0 mL PIPES (c = 0.5 M ; pH 6.7)
to 1 L Aqua dest.

 

Procedure

Mix all reagents and fill up to 1 L with Aqua dest. Serilize through filtration (0.45 µm filter) and store at -20°C.
