Lab work

- PCR for the sequence of promoter Pndh* and origin of replication

- Transformation of super competent cells

- Make LB agar plate with ampicillin

- Test of the super competent cell: transformation with plasmid Puc18. (Spread bacteria on the boxes)

- Make an agarose gel with BET

- Gel electrophoresis
