Objective : obtaining BBa_K1155000

A - Aerobic/Anaerobic regulation system / B - PCB sensing system

**1 - PCR for the sequence of promoter Pndh* and origin of replication**

- Make an agarose gel with BET

- Gel electrophoresis with PCR product

2 - Test efficiency of the super competent cell

- transformation super competent cells with plasmid PUC18. (Spread bacteria on the boxes)

Protocol : Bacterial tranformation

- Plate bacteria on LB plate with ampicillin
