Metabolic model
Introduction
In this part, we focus on the enterobactin production mechanism. We aim to simulate the entire pathway of the enterobactin in our Iron Coli to determine the time required for its production. This model includes the synthetic sensing system, and the chemical reactions leading to the enterobactin.
Observations
Goals
This model has two goals:
- Determine the delay needed to produce siderophores starting from the iron-sensing
- Explore different plasmid combination possibilities
