C++Elegans is a lightweight and easy to use image analysis and manipulation software written in C++. It is cross-platform, meaning it can be compiled and run in several different Operating Systems such as Linux, Windows and Mac OSX; It makes use of the open-source library [http://www.wxwidgets.org/ wxWidgets] for the GUI.
