Biwako_Nagahama, the team of undergraduates from Nagahama Institute of Bio Science and Technology in Shiga, Japan has united together to participate in this sort of competition for the first time.	team member
Abstract We, the iGEM Biwako-Nagahama team have been working on 2 projects, paper and ink . The first one 'Ecoli-ink' in which we have been working to prepare ink by expression of Myoglobin from E.coli. In our second project we tried to make Agropaper by overexpression of curdlan and cellulose in Agrobacterium. Similarly we are trying to find out the ways to decompose and reuse the papers thus made.
