Autoclaving in the lab of DTU building 208

• Close the lid
• Check if it is locked (the orange pointer should be turned vertical)
• Wait until the condensation goes out before closing the valve
• Let temperature reach 125 ^oC and pressure 20 psi
• Wait for 15 min before switching off the power and wait an hour.
