LB Medium

Reagents

10.0 g Trypton
5.0 g Yeast extract
10.0 g NaCl
Antibiotics

 

Procedure

Inan autoclavable flask, dissolve all reagents in 1000 mL Aqua dest., adjust pH to 7.0 (with NaOH). Sterilize by autoclaving. Let cool down and add antibiotics if required. Store at 4 °C.
