Zeinaf joined the team, and Luiza and Zeinaf had started working with Madina on SELEX (2nd cycle). SELEX procedure is needed to select aptamers from DNA library against CPKA cancer biomarker. On this day we were able to complete DNA denaturation, pre-wetting, and elution. We had also observed how precipitation of aptamers for SELEX (cycle 7), which was done by Mukhtar and Marzhan. They were selecting aptamers against another cancer biomarker CEA.
