A brief Opening ceremony of 30 minutes will be held at the Double Mixte and will begin on Saturday, October 12th at 9am. The ceremony will be preceded by a 1 hour long reception at the Double Mixte, during which participants will be able to enjoy breakfast.

Afterwards, the finalists will be presented between 9:30am and 11am. The awards will be granted from 1pm.
