Lots of new CAM and AMP agar plates were made as we were completely out of those! In the afternoon, we made liquid cultures of OmpC A, B, C, D along with [http://parts.igem.org/Part:BBa_K592011 K592011A], [http://parts.igem.org/Part:BBa_K592011 K592011B], [http://parts.igem.org/Part:BBa_K592022 K592022A] and [http://parts.igem.org/Part:BBa_K592022 K592022B] - Our new cyan pigments. We also re-plated our stock of important plates as they were getting old.

Lots of new CAM and AMP agar plates were made as we were completely out of those! In the afternoon, we made liquid cultures of ompC A, B, C, D along with K592011A, K592011B, K592022A and K592022B - Our new cyan pigments. We also re-plated our stock of important plates as they were getting old. The new cyan pigments (K592011A and B, K592022A and B) we received were streak plated then put in the incubator overnight.

A transformation of 2022 A, 2022 B, 4404 A and 4404 B were carried out.
