Today we got in touch with a device which had been frequently used in our chemistry experiments, the spectrometer. However, it was a disgusting process for we had to the repeating process for many times, of which we had taken down many data.

Absorb pluxRI2 CM+ from the solution, next, dilute it into 30ml with five kinds of concentrations, 1:10, 1:20, 1:30, 1:40, and 1:50, then inject 22ul CM into it.

1.Detect the luminosity of the bacteria using the spectrometer.

2.Fetch the bacteria from the incubator every half an hour, and absorb 3ml to detect the luminosity.
