Thank god!!! The result got today drove us crazy. All the plates we pasted yesterday turned out to be wonderful. There were many cute bacteria communities on the plate. Even on the daylight the green fluorescence given by the bacteria was very obvious, and under the pure UV light, beautiful green fluorescence made all members laugh happily.

The efforts paid off for the nearly half month!

Then we did comparing experiments on the BBa_K774007 biobrick, we cultured them in two different nitrate concentrations-0m M and 5m M.
