9.7 CsCl Gradient This procedure purifies mutated T7 phage from the small phage team. Detailed procedure: 9.7 CsCl Gradient
9.9 10X Phage Suspension Buffer Creation We decided that our problem T7 banding in our gradient could be due to faulty phage suspension buffer. We created a new 10X solution of it to do all further gradients.
9/11/13 - We ran another T7 phage purification procedure with new PSB.
