- Began first step of purification process using phage from 6.17 Phage Preparation.

- Ran spot tests on collected band from 6.17 CsCl Gradient.

- Finished 6.19 PEG Purification by centrifuging solution at 10,000 g 15 minutes at 4 C, removing supernatant, and suspending the pellet in phage suspension buffer.


6/21/13

We centrifuged the pellet at 10,000 g for 15 min at 4 C after suspending it to clean up the walls of the tube.
